Meet this strong, beautiful bride-to-be Jena Whitford! Jena joined when she was only 3 months post-partum and ready to make some lifestyle changes. She wanted to lose weight, increase her energy levels and ultimately look and feel her absolute best for her upcoming wedding day. Jena ate a nursing-friendly diet, became conscious of portion sizes and increased her daily fruit and vegetable intake. She completed 3 workouts/week in the comfort of her own home while her baby boy napped. I am so pleased to share that she has lost 15.6 lbs and 9.5 inches total! But wait, she is not done yet! Jena remains dedicated to working towards her ultimate health and fitness goals and continues to work with AC Fitness to achieve them. Meet this compassionate, eager and beautiful mother of two Michelle Rogers. This elementary school teacher joined exactly a month ago when school was out for the summer. Michelle was looking to increase her energy levels and was simply tired of making due. She wanted to feel good in her clothes and not just wear them anymore. Michelle hit the ground running and worked hard every single day towards her health and fitness goals. In only 4 weeks, I am so proud to share that she has lost total 15.5 lbs and 15 inches total! Meet this hilarious, enthusiastic and new mom Kristen from Windsor, Nova Scotia! She joined exactly a month ago when her newborn son turned only three months old. Kristen had hit a plateau and needed to kick things up a notch in order to get things moving again. Thanks to weekly strength and HIIT training, I am happy to share that she has lost 7 lbs and 9.5 inches total! Kristen is one of the most dedicated clients I have ever had. She never skipped a workout despite getting horribly sick and being housebound for a few days. Even while on vacation she remains focused and has stayed away from eating junk food. On her rest days this dedicated mom is out walking 1-2 hours a day in order to stay active. Well done Kristen!
Meet this busy, beautiful and caring mother of two girls. Melissa joined exactly just over a month ago. She wanted to build muscle, feel stronger and lose weight. I am so proud to be able to feature Amy’s transformation who has worked with me since the very beginning of AC Fitness.
