Before purchasing any fitness package please take a look at the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). In order to begin any kind of physical activity designed by AC Fitness you must answer NO honestly to all questions found in the PAR-Q. If, for any reason, you answered yes to one or more questions, you must provide a doctor’s note that clears you for physical activity before you start any fitness program designed for you by AC Fitness. Amanda Crognale is a personal training specialist certified by canfitpro; she is not a medical doctor or nutritionist. She is qualified to assess, design and deliver individual and small group training programs online, in a health club, home or workplace setting. Her advice, whether it be on her website, custom fitness programs, clean eating meal plans or via her online coaching, is not meant to act as a substitute for medical advice.

You recognize that the designed fitness program may involve strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, muscle strength and endurance training, cardiovascular conditioning and other various fitness activities. You therefore acknowledge that your enrollment and subsequent participation is purely voluntary and is no way mandated by AC Fitness. Additionally, you understand that there is a possibility that you may injure yourself as a result of your participation in this fitness program. Amanda Crognale and AC Fitness are not responsible or legally liable for any injuries or health problems that you may experience now or in the future. These conditions  include, but are not limited to, heart attacks, muscle strain, muscle pulls, muscle tears, broken bones, shin splints, injuries to the neck, back, upper and lower body, and/or any other illness or soreness you may incur, including death.

All fitness packages and other services rendered by AC Fitness are deemed non-refundable.


Although the packages and services provided by AC Fitness are intended to be entirely implemented, sometimes they are not, which could result in a lack of progress/results for the client. If you implement the services from AC Fitness correctly you should see results. However it must be disclaimed that even when consumers implement any products or services in full that it is still possible they will not get the results they may have expected or hoped for.
