Once you have purchased an AC Fitness membership you will receive a Welcome email from me asking you for a few things to help us get started:
- A client information form that will assist me in creating your custom fitness program and meal plan.
- A Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) that confirms you’re healthy to move forward. Check out the form here.
- Three current pictures of yourself (front, side profile and back view). This will allow us to visually track your progress and physical transformation.
To be completed on a monthly basis.
- Weight and Measurement Tracking Chart. This will allow us to identify areas in which you are losing fat and building lean muscle mass. To be completed on a weekly basis.
Once your information has been received, I will design a custom fitness program and meal plan specifically for you based on your unique set of fitness goals. Your comprehensive program will then be emailed to you within 4-5 days.
If you purchased the Elite package, your workouts and detailed meal plan will be conveniently loaded for you on the Trainerize app. You’ll be able to access this information off of any desktop, tablet or smart phone device.
